Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispensary Drivetender to join our team at The Flowery. As a Dispensary Drivetender, you will be responsible for delivering medical cannabis products to patients across the state of Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at the facility 30 minutes prior to departure time to review patient orders and documentation.
  • Verify patient identities and document photo IDs on the Onfleet file.
  • Exchange and verify payment with patients.
  • Request patients to sign and date manifests upon payment receipt.
  • Finalize patient orders, confirming accuracy before departing to the next location.
  • Check the MMUR to ensure daily patient orders are marked accordingly and close out any orders as necessary.
  • Return to the facility, park the vehicle, and secure cash bags with manifests and receipts.
  • Return electronic devices and coolers to designated areas.
  • Actively check Flowery email and teams chat for communications.
  • Complete trainings as released by their due dates.
  • Contact dispatch or customer service for any issues that may arise during the route.
  • Maintain a clean and operational vehicle and report to the lead for any needs.
  • Maintain a positive level of professionalism with co-pilots, team members, and patients.
Requirements
  • Active, valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and stand, squat, kneel, or bend to complete tasks.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Delivery experience preferred.
  • Timely, responsible, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

The Flowery offers a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with yearly or performance-based evaluations. As a part-time employee, you will be scheduled 1-3 days per week, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
