Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on training for field technicians.
  • Provide instruction on ATE Mobile Services, including ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and programming.
  • Deliver training on the proper use and maintenance of ADAS tools.
  • Guide technicians on effective customer service practices and documentation procedures.
  • Assist technicians in achieving or exceeding production and sales targets.
  • Instruct field technicians on when and how to seek support.
  • Support new market initiatives with training and operational setup.
  • Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires.
  • Offer ongoing remote training through platforms like Zoom or Teams for continuous learning.
  • Maintain detailed records of all training activities.
  • Collaborate on various training projects as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
  • At least 2 years as an ADAS Calibration Technician with advanced knowledge of ADAS technologies and related tools.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a training role.
  • Proficient in technological tools including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols related to ADAS.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Adaptability in training methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Proven skills in training and instructional design.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and passion for the automotive industry.
  • Ability to perform all services offered by the company.
  • Willingness to travel overnight, with travel requirements ranging from 75% to 90%.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
