Position Summary
The Automotive Service Lead is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, transmission fluid exchanges, and filter replacements.
- Install batteries and assess electrical systems.
- Conduct tire maintenance and repairs.
- Install automotive parts as needed.
- Execute road tests on vehicles to ensure proper functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to learn and perform basic mechanical tasks.
- Valid automobile driver's license required at all times, with the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
- A minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or equivalent skills demonstrated through third-party certifications.
- A.S.E certification in at least one of the A1-A8 categories is preferred; equivalent external qualifications or training certifications will be considered.
- Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
