Packard Culligan Water is seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to lead our Commercial and Industrial Service team in St. Louis, MO.

This hands-on management role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000 per year, plus incentives, and opportunities for training and development through our Corporate Team.

About the Role

As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a motivated and competent workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while assisting in achieving company goals.

  • Resolving service-related problems and approving billing adjustments as necessary
  • Maintaining adequate staffing levels, workload distribution, and employee skills to best serve customers and meet business needs
  • Providing sufficient training to ensure employees have the skills and information necessary to exceed customers' expectations
  • Developing realistic employee performance objectives tied to the dealership's goals in order to support employee development and empowerment
Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to develop and lead motivated Service Technicians through coaching and training of technical skills and customer service. The C & I Service Manager will provide leadership through effective communication, process improvement, coaching/training, liaison between service and sales, and mentoring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position reports to the General Manager and requires previous experience in Trades management. You will be expected to maintain the company's assets (plant, fleet, equipment, and other inventory) and achieve planned gross margin and revenue targets.
