1. Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate customer care during all operating hours.
2. Exhibit excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback regarding customer vehicles.
3. Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
5. Monitor and communicate oil levels to team members.
6. Ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance.
7. Inspect and replenish fluid levels as necessary.
8. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
9. Install new oil drain plugs and filters.
10. Clean and lubricate fittings as required.
11. Document all work performed on repair orders.
12. Report any safety concerns immediately to management.
13. Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
14. Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
You must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
You should be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
Expect to work in an environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exhaust fumes.
You must be able to lift and move work-related items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

6. Depending on location, our centers may operate seven days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
