We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a warm welcome to our community.
Responsibilities- Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our community.
- Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of our Sunrise community, you will provide an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to maintain organized records.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
