Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our team as a Project Planning Expert.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
- Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration.

Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Project Server, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
- Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
- S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
