We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our pediatric home health team in Lufkin, Texas. As a COTA, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions through fun and engaging activities to motivate children and promote progress.
  • Work closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support their child\u2019s progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Texas.
