WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
 We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Retail Operations Supervisor who is enthusiastic about customer service and guiding team members to reach their objectives in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Guarantee that every customer feels valued by engaging with them, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets while overseeing customer service, inventory management, expense oversight, and risk assessment.
  • Act as a product knowledge authority, capable of promoting and selling a diverse range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
  • Contribute to building an exceptional customer-centric sales team by providing continuous coaching and training on sales techniques, behaviors, and operational practices.


ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
 Specific qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Previous experience in a commission-based environment is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel to nearby store locations as needed.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

The hourly compensation for this position is $18.60, in addition to a commission structure ranging from 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance. Team members are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on overall store performance.
