About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality care services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing support with daily living activities and individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily life skills and enriching activities, including exercise programs, educational workshops, and social events.
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
  • Participate in policy development to ensure regulatory compliance and a supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, including medical histories, medication lists, and care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent; may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain relevant certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
