Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care-focused environment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional care and support to a consistent group of residents, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, life skills, and other enriching experiences, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their day.
- Participate in the development of ISP updates and contribute to a safe and supportive community environment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals as needed.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required in some states.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
