Senior Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care-focused environment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to a consistent group of residents, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, life skills, and other enriching experiences, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their day.
  • Participate in the development of ISP updates and contribute to a safe and supportive community environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals as needed.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required in some states.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
