Job Summary

The Chiropractor is a vital member of our collaborative, innovative, and energetic healthcare team. This key role provides evidence-based care to promote an optimal patient experience. The Chiropractor treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including repetitive stress and athletic injuries. Working individually and as part of the greater healthcare team, the Chiropractor optimizes patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat complex patient cases using advanced clinical reasoning and skills.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that emphasize progression towards active care, including exercise and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with the physical medicine rehab team and comprehensive care team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Follow Crossover clinical and regulatory standards and healthcare pathways.
  • Accurately document patient findings in the shared electronic medical record.
  • Incorporate objective data in managing patient cases through administering and evaluating standardized functional outcome measures.
  • Develop new programs, classes, and processes to optimize the member-care experience as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate of Chiropractic.
  • Three or more years of clinical chiropractic work experience.
  • Current license by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical chiropractic work experience (orthopedic and/or sports therapy experience preferred).
  • Advanced clinical certification (e.g., CCSP, Rehab Diplomate, etc.) preferred.
  • Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills.
Physical Job Requirements
  • Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Includes full range of body motion, including potential handling and lifting of patients.
  • Requires corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges. Must effectively communicate with patients and team members.
