We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Administrative Coordinator to support our dispatch department in the Brookshire, TX area.

This role involves coordinating customer logistics, scheduling deliveries, and providing driver support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Provide precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes.
  • Coordinate delivery times and schedules.
  • Answer switchboards and assist customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required.
