We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Development Representative to join our team at Freedom Magnolia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business and marketing plans to promote our services and achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase referrals and admissions to our facility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to promote our services and build partnerships.
- Manage individual marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with the medical director, program administrator, and staff to identify areas of educational need and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and provide information to patients and families about our services and admission eligibility.
- Assist with care alternatives for patients and families as needed and communicate results of pre-screening processes to referral sources.
- Represent Freedom Magnolia at community events and meetings to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of two years' experience in sales or development in the healthcare industry.
