The ideal Client Service Representative will possess the capability to engage with clients to assess their resource requirements, including energy assistance, nutritional support, employment opportunities, educational resources, housing solutions, and other urgent short- and long-term needs.
This position demands exceptional listening abilities and customer service expertise. The CSR will be tasked with documenting client interactions in an electronic record-keeping system, addressing service-related complaints, and performing a variety of other responsibilities.
Applicants should be proficient in computer usage, particularly in Excel and Word, and must hold an Associate's degree in Social Services or a related discipline, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license in Missouri, along with reliable transportation and insurance, is also required.
