Fiscal Contract Specialist Job Description

Delta Area Economic Corporation (DAEOC), a Missouri Community Action Agency, is seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Contract Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records of contracts for designated programs and funding sources, ensuring accurate and timely billing and/or reporting of financial information. This role will also provide clerical support to the VP/CFO and assist with various fiscal duties to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain contract records for designated programs and funding sources
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and/or reporting of financial information
  • Provide clerical support to the VP/CFO
  • Assist with various fiscal duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • Experience in fund accounting, payroll, and/or accounts payable
