The expected compensation for this role is $18.00 per hour, influenced by factors such as location, expertise, education, and experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
- Process various sales transactions
- Encourage customer participation in company initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail environment
- Cross-train in all aspects of store operations, including stocking and sales duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Respectful scheduling during operational hours of 6 AM to 10 PM

Who You Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to attendance policies is essential
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the duration of the shift
- Capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, and safely ascending/descending a ladder
- Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IPP).
