This is a full-time, remote role for an outside sales Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator at CX Mortgage. As a Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting prospective home buyers, existing homeowners, and real estate investors in securing mortgage financing.

You will analyze and evaluate loan applications, conduct underwriting assessments, and guide borrowers through the entire loan origination process. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on various loan options and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid referral network, strong knowledge of underwriting processes and standards, and 5 years of experience in loan origination and mortgage lending. You will also need to be proficient in assessing and analyzing loan applications, have a strong understanding of loan products and finance concepts, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
