About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at GO Mortgage. As a Consumer Direct Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating and closing residential mortgage loans in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close residential mortgage loans in a consumer direct model
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of loan applications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and referral partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
Requirements
  • Active Ohio NMLS loan originator license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage as a loan originator
  • Experience with consumer direct model and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working autonomously
  • Desire to grow in an entrepreneurial environment
