We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Technical Writer to join TM Floyd & Company (TMF) in a Business Analyst/Technical Writer role. This position involves working with cloud infrastructure, platforms, and disaster recovery to identify and document current, future, and gaps in cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data gathering, interviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine and document the requirements and objectives of the future into a procurement document.
- Research to identify potential vendors and solutions that meet the client's needs.
- Assist the project manager with client coordination.
- Assist with development and documentation of all presentations and deliverables.
- Assist with analysis of vendor responses.
- Assist with transition to new cloud vendor.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud services, specifically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS).
- Experience with state government.
- Experience with development of procurement documents and procurement processes.
- Experience with development of enterprise IT strategic plans.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
