The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating effective documentation and training materials, as well as experience in workforce development or employee training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and content creation tools is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update training manuals, user guides, and instructional materials.
- Create online help content, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand technical aspects and develop training materials.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Organize and structure content logically for ease of use.
- Manage version control and documentation updates.
- Research industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze user feedback to enhance content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical writing or instructional design.
- Experience in workforce development or employee training preferred.
- Strong communication, research, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Working Environment:
- Professional office environment with regular interaction with visitors, clients, team members, and vendors.
