Asphalt Laborer

West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for shoveling and raking asphalt material, as well as performing other tasks as needed.

• Operate equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours of time.
• Work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Properly follow all Company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations.
• Operate and maintain various vehicles, machinery, and other equipment used on the job site.
• Must be able to shovel and rake asphalt material.
• Responsible for upkeep of tools and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
