Asphalt Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Asphalt Laborer to join our team at West Virginia Paving, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for shoveling and raking asphalt material, as well as other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Shovel and rake asphalt material
• Operate equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours of time
• Work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Properly follow all Company policies and OSHA guidelines
• Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations
• Operate and maintain various vehicles, machinery and other equipment used on the job site
• Responsible for upkeep of tools and work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
