Tanu Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional

to join our team as a consultant with extensive experience in analysis, design, and development of enterprise applications using OpenText ExStream Software technologies. This on-site position in Tallahassee, FL, requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, test, and implement installations, upgrades, and releases of systems, software, and hardware related to OpenText ExStream Dialogue.
  • Collaborate with the Print Facility to deliver highly optimized AFP (Advanced Function Printing).
  • Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues with render testing and printing.
  • Generate output files in various formats, including AFP Files, PDF files with/without encryption, PDF/A ADA compliance files, and Report Files.
  • Manage and define Driver files, Reference files, and Section-based data files using OpenText ExStream Dialogue.
  • Provide IT support for.Net systems.
  • Offer services for the Multi-Language Translation (MLT) framework.
  • Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
  • Participate in the Technical Change Control Board activities, including code refactoring, design reviews, and Read Only Memory (ROM) estimates for projects and enhancements.
  • Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features.
  • Utilize various platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers.
  • Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the Department of Commerce.
  • Determine specifications, plan, design, and develop complex and business-critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with a project team.
  • Assist in resolving the most difficult support problems.
  • Develop programming and development standards and procedures, as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
  • Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
  • Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and their possible application to the Department of Commerce.
  • Conduct code reviews as requested.
  • Provide support for Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES), batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process.
  • Act as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines, both internally and externally.
  • Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in design and/or development experience with.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis, design, and development of enterprise applications using OpenText ExStream Software technologies.
  • Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Experience with SQL tuning.
  • Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops).
  • Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects.
  • Experience as an expert/lead technical role.
  • Experience working on various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
  • An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues.
  • Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements.
  • Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities.
  • Experience with setting up builds, transformations, and deployment configurations for each environment.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with.Net 4.5 and higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher.
  • Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps, and DevOps.
Education:

A Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience.
