Job Summary:
We're seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join our Mactac North America team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting across various functions, including manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform strategic business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional analytical support to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field, required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Compensation Package: This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
