  • Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised to meet company standards, including rotating stock, facing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support the deli department by assisting with food preparation, slicing, and packaging products.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve department goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
