Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for Consultation Liaison Service

We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and are seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to join our Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Service at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center in Portland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a gifted clinician-educator committed to identifying and treating psychiatric illness and substance use disorders in an inpatient medical setting. They will work with a team of like-minded colleagues to provide consultation services to inpatients and support cross-coverage for hospital psychiatry needs in the Emergency Department and inpatient neuropsychiatry program.

About the Team

The Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Service is an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, and learners. We provide training experiences for adult psychiatry residents, Tufts University School of Medicine, and other medical students, and trainees in other fields.
