Job Title: RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN to fill the role of Weekend Supervisor at Caraday Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible treatment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective care.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure that nursing policies and procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal or written instructions in English
  • Ability to work flexibly and positively with intermittent interruptions
  • 2 years nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing (preferred)
