Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Dispose of waste in a sanitary manner by emptying trash containers
  • Prepare beds and change linens as necessary
  • Ensure all rooms are maintained and inspected in accordance with standards
  • Safeguard equipment and ensure there are no deficiencies
  • Report any damages, deficiencies, or disturbances to superiors
  • Handle guest requests with professionalism and patience
  • Monitor stock levels of all consumables and replenish as needed
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and be aware of company-related practices
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a professional cleaner or housekeeper
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, stoop, and bend
  • Customer-focused and approachable demeanor
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • High school diploma preferred
