We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Jake Ottoson - State Farm Agent. As an Account Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
">Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Provide information about insurance products and services, assist clients with policy applications and renewals, and handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Multitasking Ability: Detail-oriented and able to multitask to meet the needs of multiple clients simultaneously.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive base salary of $30,000-$40,000 per year, plus commission/bonus potential of up to $10,000.
