SBA Lending Professional

We are seeking a skilled SBA Lending Professional to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing expert advice on SBA lending opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain account relationships by offering financial advice and counsel on SBA loans and related services.
- Identify and approach potential and existing customers to develop new business opportunities and cross-sell additional bank services.
- Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of SBA loans, ensuring adherence to all lending policies and procedures.
- Manage ongoing customer accounts and develop strategies to expand loan portfolios.
- Stay informed about SBA loan programs, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SBA lending within the local market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high production goals and meeting lending targets.
- Strong track record of expanding loans, client relationships, and cross-selling bank products.
- Familiarity with SBA loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
- Excellent underwriting skills and a thorough understanding of SBA loan guidelines.
