Overview

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Physician Leader to join our team as a Medical Director. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and driving clinical excellence within our centers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, mentoring, and leadership to ensure clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Work with the Center Leadership and director teams to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance.
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
  • Assist in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
