Key Responsibilities
  • Document patient information, including chief complaints and vital signs
  • Use EMR systems to record patient data
  • Manage telephone messages and redirect phone lines
  • Record injections and immunizations given
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant, as well as proficiency in EMR systems. A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is also required. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred, as well as experience with ECW and medical terminology.
