Job Summary

As a Traveling LPN with Trilogy Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team and contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and observe patients to ensure safe treatment.
Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed.
Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, including self-care and follow-up care.
Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking corrective action as necessary.

Work Environment

As a Traveling LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations throughout the Midwest, including IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY. You will be required to travel for work assignments up to two hours from your home address or across the Company's footprint.

Requirements

Active and in good-standing LPN license.
Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
At least one year's experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
