We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our progressive team. As an LPN with us, you will care for residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Neighborhoods, managing medications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all resident needs are met.



Responsibilities:
