Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lexington Medical Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services under the direction of the manager/provider
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Implement physician orders and provide patient education
  • Conduct patient interviews and triage patients as needed
  • Assist with minor procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Basic first aid knowledge and current CPR certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • None years of experience
