Job Summary

We are currently hiring Store Managers to lead our team and drive sales growth in the Boise area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient store environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including sales data, employee performance, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fast food or full-service restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
