Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Peppermill & Western Village. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their return visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and sincere greetings to each guest.
    • Maintain eye contact and engage in professional conversations.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient service of a wide variety of beverages.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Understand the call order of drinks and knowledge of drink pricing.
    • Exercise good judgment in identifying potentially intoxicated guests.
    • Stay up-to-date on all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
  • Environment and Safety
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and team members.
    • Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
    • Follow all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of previous cocktailing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Fluent in English.
