Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at South Shore Health. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with various sports, orthopedic, and physical disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of sports, orthopedic, and physical disorders
* Work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve goals and objectives for optimal patient care
* Monitor treatment activities of rehabilitation aides
* Provide comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments
* Develop and implement patient care plans using evidence-based practice

Requirements:

* BS or MS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
* Previous clinical experience or rehabilitation experience preferred
* OT or OT Temp - Occupational Therapist or Temporary license
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
