Occupational Therapy Assistant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments to patients in their homes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on exercise and activity techniques
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments

Requirements:
  • MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure is required
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and use electronic medical records (EMR) systems
