About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods by hand and with equipment
  • Assist the site manager with site operations
  • Oversee a specified area within the warehouse to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
  • Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles

Requirements:

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
