Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters, guiding them from discovery to resolution.
  • Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more.
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build robust cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in TX.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
