* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to construction projects.
* Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
* Conduct research to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
* Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
* Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
* Act as an agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for businesses or individuals.
* Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
* Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Will have a portable book of business.
* Experience in commercial construction, construction defect, business litigation, product liability, and mediation.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and related legal issues.
* Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* High ethical standards and professional integrity.
* Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
