Job Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Telemetry Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.

Methodist Hospital Metropolitan is a 370-bed hospital located in downtown San Antonio, Texas. We offer a wide range of services, including emergency care, surgical services, cancer treatment, and more. Job Summary and Qualifications

This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience and a current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or an active Multi-State RN Compact License. A BSN degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor needs to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Lead and inspire staff to provide excellent patient care and achieve departmental goals.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
