Job Summary

The University Health Nursing Staff Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the scheduling and placement of nursing staff through the STARS Central Staffing Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the STARS Supervisor, Operations Manager, Clinical Nurse Supervisors, and Directors to coordinate staffing needs.
  • Assist in the efficient allocation of nursing staff to meet patient care demands.
Requirements

To be successful as a Nursing Staff Coordinator, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in general office clerical work (at least one year).
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of college or commercial school courses in business functions is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
