Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team at PFCGOC. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting covert operations and providing site and personnel protection.
Key Responsibilities- Perform discreet observation and surveillance to detect potential threats.
- Document incidents and provide timely and appropriately channeled escalations.
- Active observation of client campuses utilizing various surveillance and detection methods.
- Provide periodic reporting to supervisors and participate in initial and reoccurring covert operations training.
- Maintain suitable communication and demonstrate responsibility for all equipment used in support of covert operations.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Foundational understanding of corporate security and covert security operations.
- Rapid and effective decision-making during unusual events or emergencies.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Customer service focus and ability to maintain a professional relationship with the client.
- Two (2) years or greater experience in relevant training and qualifications.
- Military experience a plus.
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and possess a valid US passport or driver's license.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Current CA BSIS Guard Card.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Work typically performed as mobile team member, driving, walking, biking, etc.
