Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling room assignments, payments, and other related tasks.
  • Manage guest requests, including room upgrades, special requests, and other amenities.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, preferably in a front desk or reception capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
