Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities
  • Prepare budgets, cash forecasts, and financial analyses
  • Work alongside the Accounting team to ensure adherence to accounting standards
  • Assist with tax audits and filing
  • Support both internal and external audit processes
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Accountant
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • CPA or MBA certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with NetSuite software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
