As a Baker at Panera, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing all the fresh bread and pastries required for daily operations.
  • Upholding our stringent standards for taste and quality, utilizing 100% authentic ingredients.
  • Engaging in stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as necessary.
  • Assisting in the smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Contributing to a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
Qualifications for this Role include:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to clear a background check.
  • Availability for 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary; having a valid license and insurance is advantageous.
