As a Baker at Panera, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing all the fresh bread and pastries required for daily operations.
  • Upholding our high standards for taste and quality, utilizing 100% real ingredients.
  • Assisting with stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as necessary.
  • Contributing to daily operational needs.
  • Fostering a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
Qualifications for this Role include:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background screening.
  • Availability for 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
  • Reliable transportation is required; a valid driver's license and insurance are advantageous.
